The Colorado Energy Office has commissioned a research to examine how people experience transportation and perceive electric vehicles and electric transportation. This phase of research focuses on Black residents of Denver, Aurora, and Colorado Springs.

We are inviting trusted partners like you to recommend residents whose perspectives should be heard, as well as organizations and community leaders connected to these communities. EV ownership or experience is not required. We welcome a range of views—from EV owners and people considering an EV to those who have concerns or have never considered one.

Who else should be part of this conversation? Please recommend as many people or organizations as you believe would offer valuable perspectives. You may also indicate that you can make a direct introduction.

A recommendation does not enroll anyone in the study or guarantee an invitation. EVNoire may invite recommended individuals to learn about a short survey, interview, or follow-up conversation. Participation is voluntary with opt out options.
